Antonio Hill

Antonio Hill is the founder of Think First Strategies. His career began in human resources before moving into operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, enterprise supply chain, and digital manufacturing leadership. Along the way, he has held responsibility ranging from regional operations and advanced manufacturing to leading the deployment of digital solutions across a global supply chain.

Nearly a decade before founding Think First Strategies, Hill built and commercially deployed an education technology platform that allowed students receiving testing accommodations to hear assessments recorded in their own teacher's voice. The software reached K-12 educational organizations, turning a specific accessibility problem into a working digital product.

Hill's work has since expanded into workforce education, where he builds curriculum and operational training systems for operations, quality, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Think First Strategies brings those threads together through original research, workforce education, operational frameworks, and digital tools built around a simple premise: understand how work actually happens before trying to improve it.
